The Healing For Grieving Hearts program evolved out of my experience with grief after my mother's death, my knowledge of art therapy, training in grief recovery, and the feedback from the many grieving women I have had the privilege to work with since 2014.

    Healing For Grieving Hearts

    Clarity Session 

    What you get:

    • 60 minutes of intentional support
    • tips and compassionate actions to support your journey
    • a space to voice your challenges
    • a new connection to your resilience 
    • ideas to add self-care to the coming weeks
    • saving time and finding solutions together


    What you'll need:

    • Check your email to schedule your session.
    • Add the session to your calendar.
    • Access to a computer and internet.
    • Please find a place/room where you feel safe talking and sharing your grief experience.
    • If possible, remove all distractions during our session. 
    • Just in case, have some paper and coloured pencils, markers or crayons ready (any plain paper and colours will do). 


    If you decide in the future to work further with me through the Healing For Grieving Hearts (HGH) program? I will deduct your investment for the Introductory Session from the HGH program cost.
